The Cerrado Mineiro region, located in the state of Minas Gerais in southeastern Brazil, features farms situated between 1000 to 1300 meters above sea level. This predominantly flat region experiences well-defined seasons, resulting in simultaneous cherry ripening. Coffee from this area is renowned for its intense aromas, with notes of caramel and nuts, a medium body, and a long, lingering chocolate aftertaste.
